Hay roasted butternut, raisin, pine nut, celery



Caramelised onion - cheddar - cavolo nero

1. In a small pot, heat broccoli puree, set aside


2. Heat a small amount of oil in a medium size, heavy based pan.


3. Add gnocchi to hot oil, season with salt and pepper and cook until it starts to colour or about two minutes.


4. At this point add your kimchi + bacon relish, 

Cook until gnocchi is golden brown and sauce is hot, adjust with a small amount of water if necessary, finish with fresh herbs.
